Our Company
Origins:
The company was founded in 2001 on the Hill between Busca and Costigliole Saluzzo. The area enjoys a mild microclimate, highly favourable to fruit crops. The crux lies in this environment the habitat to develop and produce effectively.

Traceability and quality:
The variety grown is the -certified PGI Tonda Gentile Tri, which guarantees the quality and authenticity of the product.
The company boasts the IGP being inserted into the control system of Northwest Quality Institute (INOQ), approved inspection body Mipaaf.
Cultivation:
The conduct of hazel groves is followed directly by the cardholder in all its phases: production, pruning, fertilization and pest management, integrated pest management and disciplinary methods strictly applying a lower environmental impact.
